Dear All,

It was lovely to see so many parents supporting us on Thursday even though we had to run a reduced Sports Day because the Gem Park was saturated.

We had to run indoors Nursery Sports also but, again, these were really well supported and there was a lovely atmosphere.

Thank you.

Congratulations to our Healthy Week Competition winners and runners-up who were Aishah Samuels, Jacen Wickens, Manasvi Vhanmane, Layla Abdulla, Ryan McKenzie and Grace Compton!

New Reception pupils also joined us this morning and this afternoon. They have all been paired up with an Infant Year 2 buddy in September and I know they will help new children to settle quickly.

Mrs Watkins and Mr Thomas from Welsh Water visited school today to talk about water conservation.
